Top Rated reviews?

I was wondering if there is a way or addon that shows top rated reviews?

Also is there a way change the weight of the categories in the poll?

There is a top rated add-on here (http://www.thevbgeek.com/showthread.php?p=28511). There is an example here (http://www.thevbgeek.com/forumdisplay.php?f=43) in the left hand column. Not sure what you mean by "change the weight of the categories in the poll" though. There are no weight options in the ACP -> GARS -> Ratings.
