If I were to implement something like this... who do I use to advertise for it? I assume this is the same thing most often found on sites like TeamXBOX.com and ign.com

Anyway. Which advertisers use this type of stuff? I don't think google does.

I don't think they work quite like that FRAiD. If I'm right what they do is simply sign up for affiliate accounts with various sites - who then provide you with affiliate links. You then add autolinks with key words to do with the affiliate sites, and when a user clicks it they are taken to the site and your affiliation is tracked, any purchases made at that time are then credited to you.

EDIT: OK I didn't look at the sites you quoted so I'm talking about something completely different lol.

Gaming site, I'd link it for you now, but it's not done yet. I'll link when it's done. I'm getting some good people working on it. And lets just say it will be the coolest site for it's genre.

So it'd be something where I'd have to get people to pay me for the advertisement then? I guess I just don't see any other point for it... maybe since it doesn't appear to fit in with what I'm doing, I think that.
