I can't upload a bigger pic .. how ?

Hello guys ,

we changed the size of the thread pic to 150X150 it was before 100X100

but when the members upload the pic of the article it display with 100X100

even if we changed it to 150X150 they just cannot upload a bigger pic

so please help me ..

I mean the pic which is in the left side as u can see from here

Please don't bump. I'm online a lot but not everyday, and as support questions are typically answered oldest first, bumping puts your question later in the queue. As to your question, there are the following settings in the ACP -> GARS -> Settings for header thumbs in all types:

Maximum height of header images
Maximum width of header images

There are also the following settings in the ACP -> GARS -> Types -> click a type for header thumbs in that type:

Maximum height of header images
Maximum width of header images

These are used upon upload, not to change thumb size after an upload has already occurred. Please double check that you have the height/width settings as you prefer, and then try another upload.
