Little link icon that is in the new links system will sometimes(not all the time) showing up 2x on links. Why would this be?

This happened with another member who found out that they had the entry in twice. Can you check you dont have double entries?

No duplicates in there. Altho, I do have mod and moderator for words. Would that effect it?

Yeah that'll be it. No workaround as far as I know sorry.

have moderator as a lower ordinal. If both are for the same result, put them in the same item (i.e. keyword: moderator,mod)

The odinal seems semi tempermental depending on your version of PHP though :(

chances are that moderator and mod are getting double linked. If they are both going to the same thing, put them on one line:
mod,moderator
