Categorize Articles

I am using the geek articles to have users add stories, I am looking for a method to categorize these stories/articles and additionally be able to search for these categories?

Any help/advice?

GARS doesn't categorize threads/forums; you set up your forums the way you want and then apply GARS to the forums to change the forums from default vB forums into articles/reviews/etcetera, but you could set up a select box custom field and use it as a filter like shown on this (http://www.thevbgeek.com/forumdisplay.php?f=12) page. Nope, the forums you set up can be used to categorize articles, tutorials, etcetera, just as with out of the box vBulletin.
