Download Module

I am looking for a download module..kinda like the install module, however, I just want people to be able to upload files and people to be able to download those files as long as they have the proper permissions.

Any ideas?

Don't believe something like that exists but you might consider Can Download Attachments permission via the ACP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Permissions -> Edit -> Can Download Attachments.

Right, I could make it out of an existing forum, however, I was kinda wanting to use the fuctionality of GARS.
