Showing as unlicensed?

I just had a major server upgrade and the person who upgraded my server for me said that I'm showing as not being licensed for GAB. I own two licenses since I have two sites. Do you have any idea why I would be showing as not licensed?

Not sure to what the person is referring. Do you know what s/he is looking at? Maybe the copyright in the files? or ???
