View Full Version : Group not showing in Admin Navbar

I just bought 2 licenses and installed both the same way. The first one worked fine. The second one everything went fine but I dont see the admin section in the navbar to setup the software.

Why is this not showing up?

Do you mean in the ACP? If so, make sure you FTPed the cpnav_whatever.xml file into the /forum/includes/xml directory and then hard refresh (i.e., hit Ctrl-F5) the ACP page.

I have verified that cpnav_gab.xml is there and did the controlF5 but I still dont see it.

ReFTP the cpnav_gab.xml file into the /forum/includes/xml directory and do anther hard refresh. Maybe the file got corrupted on initial FTP.

I have tried this a few times before and I just tried it again. I uploaded the file and did a control F5.

It didnt change.

Go to the vB ACP -> Usergroups -> Administrator Permissions -> Edit Permissions and give yourself 'Can Administer GAB' permission.
