I have the adverst to show every 3rd post but sometimes ti skips one, or that's what I see.

Not sure what you mean. In that thread, I see an ad every three posts: post, post, post, ad, post, post, post, ad, repeat.

Look after post 42 I don't see an ad there

Show ads every X > 3 posts to abide by the 'three' rule.
