GARS and vb 3.5.8

Does anyone have a 2.1.5 + version of GARS that works on vb 3.5.8?
Our webhost has us stuck on mysql 3.23.58 and won't upgrade it anytime soon (so we can't upgrade to vb 3.6+).

The GARS license that is available for purchase requires vB3.6 or vB3.7.
