how do we upgrade the cart? just upload all the files and run the install?

DOwnload latest package and upload all applicible files to their relevant locations overwriting existing files.

For vb3.5: Import porduct-gmart.xml into your product manager overwriting previous install

For vb3.0 Run the admincp/gmart_install.php file all the way through.

what are the changes?

and to make sure i did it right, i uploaded everything, overwrite the files, i ran the install and just did install...should i do uninstall and then install?

crap. Thought I did :)

Leaving it there wont hurt anything... You just dont want to import it. Import the one at the root of the package!
