quick suggestions

- change the publish date
- instead of publish as author, the ability to change the author

on a side note, publish as user doesnt seem to work

ah, ok, its just I am copying articles over to the system, since I didnt wrtie the articles I want to change the author, also the articles were published sometime ago, hense the neeed to change the date.

I kind of doubt ill get a feature in the next version for publish date, but another user is needing the post as feature done so Im really triying to get that done (along with all the new changes) by this weekend.
