Where did the "Sort by Rating" go?

This forum is running on 2.1.4 and it doesn't have the sort by rating option any more in the category tools.

What happened to it? The Geek site doesn't have it any more either. Does it have to do with the link addon?

hmmm. It could be something with the links forumdisplay template as the ratings appear in normal rating forums.
