Can we use custom fields only, and not the actual message part (the vB post body)?

To clarify, what I mean is without using the vB post box for entry, so all the custom entry fields would show, but not the vB box at the bottom, or it would show, but you could leave it blank, so members could use it for extra info if they needed to. Optional entry would be good, or the option of removing it also. That would be nice in the future.

You would have to change the template, but also most likely add a hook (and possible file change) - so Im not 100% sure about it :(
