GAB RC4 released

I have uploaded GAB 1.0 RC4 to the download area for active license holders. This is a release aimed at fixing any open issues with GAB so I can get an actual 'gold' status within the next week.

Please note that there are not really any new features, just some bug fixes. Namely:

Cron job errors
Cron job not running
Stats not getting compressed
Start date was not 'activating' on or after the date
I have also added version checking via the product manager.

Please note, this release is only for the vbulletin 3.6 series.

As ever, please post bugs in the tracker.

There really arent any planned features for GAB 1.0 the RC means its feature set is frozen and the package is being finalized.
