That is a custom template set I made... If I remember correctly they do come with GARS installation, however I cant recall if they are the latest versions.

Basically create a new template (I call mine "chapters"). With some of the following settings:

Forumdisplay: GARS_forumdisplay_2
threadbit: GARS_threadbit_2
