Sorry but its only availible in its current form to licensed users which would mean that you would need to purchase a license to get the download (licenses can be purchased from here (http://www.thevbgeek.com/geekmart.php)

Please remember that its still an early beta.

The 3.0 version is called GAS. Its pretty different though. Its over at www.vbulletin.org (http://www.vbulletin.org) for free :)
