My Order of GARS

I'm having problems with my order, and can't get a response now.. It's been several hours since my order, and I'm still getting a no permissions error to download...

The order status screen says it's complete, and paypay says it's complete (credit card payment)

I've tried logging out, then back in, but I still can't get to it...

Can anyone help??!

No, but he bought the wrong one item (a license removal instead of the right one). I think thats fair enough :)

yes, this was my fault, and I ordered the correct item/license immediately after it was cleared up...
