Error after upgrade RC1

After doing the upgrade all my pages stopped working. PHP Version 4.4.1 I also noticed that many of my settings were not intact I was also not able to manage the banners, any setting changes I made reverted and would not save. I have GAB disabled currently.

Did a complete reinstall and magically it started to function properly with the exception of the banners page. Any changes made like active not active do not get saved.
